Green smoothies are nutrient-rich blends of fruits and vegetables. Green smoothies are a great way to get your greens, and they don’t even have to be flavors! For those who are trying to avoid the sugar and fat of traditional ice cream, blending in some leafy greens can be a fun addition. Adding more vegetables or fruit when making smoothies will add variety while still delivering all that great taste from fruit!
